Matcha Green Tea Cookies
Recipe for these delicious Green tea Matcha cookies 😄
1) Cream butter and both sugars in a machine bowl using the paddle, until light and fluffy.
2) Slowly add the eggs one by one, making sure you scrape the bowl well.
3) Ensure that all the dry ingredients are sieved together and mixed well together. Except for the chocolate chips and cranberries if using them.
4) Add the flour , tea, baking soda and salt and oats to the mixture ,just to incorporate.
5) Finally add the chocolate chips and cranberries or what I like to do is split the mixture in half and add half with cranberries the other half with chocolate chips.
6) Next using an ice-cream scoop , I use a small one around 1 oz . scoop a the mixture and place on a sheet pan with parchment.
7) Before baking flatten sl;ightly then bake
Temperature -320 f. Time- 13-15 minutes
Enjoy with a nice cup of tea or coffee, simply delicious. 😋
Bon Appetit !
