Orange ombre wedding cake
This is a small ombre Wedding cake with an oversized gumpaste flower on the side. The cake was devils fudge cake with chocolate fudge filling. I liked the contrast of the bright vibrant Orange colour against the crisp White of the fondant. The frills are made out of 50% gumpaste 50% rolled fondant in order to give them better structure to hold in place.
First communion cake
This is my favourite type of cake, I did a quilted effect on the bottom tier which had very small flowers placed all over, flowers on the top and sides and then topped with an "E" which was made out of gumpaste and painted silver. The cake was vanilla, filled with pastry cream and fresh raspberries.

Louis Vuitton Bag/purse
This is my first Louis Vuitton bag/purse cake , since I did not have a stencil I made one myself which I think came out pretty realistic. I covered the cake in chocolate fondant then used a yellow petal dust to make the design. The handles and trim are made from gumpaste reinforced with extra tylose (or gum)
This is probably the closest thing I will get to having a designer handbag!
