Saturday gumpaste flower class

 Had a lovely day on Saturday showing a few ladies my technique for making a simply gumpaste rose and peonie, two popular flowers for Wedding cakes.

Bridal shower cake

This adorable bridal shower cake had a Red velvet cake filled with a delicious cream cheese frosting. I love the contrast of colours.

Babies first Birthday cake

This cake was made for a babies first Birthday. It had a gumpaste elephant on top and I love the colors the Pink and Grey looked great together.

Muffins

A selection of muffins apple and cinnamon and blueberry muffins delicious with a cup of tea or coffee.
