My name is Louise Murillo I am a Pastry Chef by trade and have a passion for sugarcraft. The cupcakes were red velvet cake topped with cream cheese icing then I placed a mini graduation hat made out of gumpaste and royal icing tassle. This was for Yasmine and Daicys' graduation party.
