This is a small Wedding cake I made last week. The customer requested all Red and White flowers which I made out of gumpaste and featured mainly Roses, which are the perfect flower for a special occasion such as a Wedding. The cake was a delicious Vanilla rum cake, a rich vanilla cake soaked in a rum syrup.
