Oatmeal and raisin cookies are always a delicious treat. The recipe I made this week is one I have not used for a long time and I must say they came out perfect. They held their shape during baking and were not too thin and crispy, they were still a little chewy in the middle, with that lovely hint of cinnamon when you bite into them. The walnuts gave a great added bonus of both flavour and texture. Simply delicious!
