Disney/Pixar Cars theme cake
Vanilla cake with dulce de leche filling. I was happy with how the cars came out. Made of rice krispie treats and marshmallow fondant so looks good and tastes great as well.
Sweet Pea baby cake
I made the gumpaste baby using Anne Heaps modeling technique and decided to finish it off with some delicate Purple sweet pea made out of gumpaste.
Pink Ombre Cake
A small demonstration cake I made recently to display a new sugar Rose I made using the Zoe Clark technique. I simply love these oversized statement flowers on a cake.

Cupcakes
Here are cupcakes I made yesterday for a graduation party, (350 of them in total) I made my chocolate fudge cake and a new recipe I have introduced strawberry cake and I topped them with a cream cheese frosting, which turns out to be a perfect match.

Baby shower cake
This baby shower cake was made two years ago. I drew inspiration for the theme from the invitation which was full of sunflowers and had cute baby clothes hung on a washing line.
Red and White Wedding cake
This is a small Wedding cake I made last week. The customer requested all Red and White flowers which I made out of gumpaste and featured mainly Roses, which are the perfect flower for a special occasion such as a Wedding. The cake was a delicious Vanilla rum cake, a rich vanilla cake soaked in a rum syrup.
