Hand made gum paste flowers top this elegant cake for Mothers Day. The sides are adorned with a delicate white lace using royal icing. The pastel Blue color of the fondant contrasts perfectly with the flowers and White icing.

Computer cake for a graduation from UM
Well done to Nicholas who graduated from the University of Miami, his family are so proud of him. This was my first attempt at making a computer cake and I am very pleased with the results!

Gluten free lemon cake
I am now introducing gluten free options. This is the first a lemon sponge cake made from scratch with a homemade all purpose gluten free flour.Very good texture and it tastes delicious.Perfect filled with pastry cream and fresh strawberries then covered with a light vanilla buttercream!
