Gluten free lemon cake
I am now introducing gluten free options. This is the first a lemon sponge cake made from scratch with a homemade all purpose gluten free flour.Very good texture and it tastes delicious.Perfect filled with pastry cream and fresh strawberries then covered with a light vanilla buttercream!
